Over 700 entries in this year's race for the most coveted World Architecture Festival awards - the biggest international architecture event in the world, an event dedicated to celebrating excellence. NOVELTY AE focuses on the commitment to excellency, and thus we considered our moral duty to show the world the Romanian architecture value.
Registering the 2 projects was only the first step toward gaining the visa for the international architecture stage both for our architecture office and for Romania. From the 31 available categories, NOVELTY AE chose to participate with SKYLINE, submitted in the category Education, Future Projects section

and in the category Health Projects, Future Projects section, we enrolled LEGACY.

The judging process was ensured by an impressive team of experts, such as Sir Peter Cook - Director of CRAB Studio or Sou Fujimoto - Principal Director of Sou Fujimoto Architects, who considered that both our projects are worthy of World Festival of Architecture final. Thus, our architecture office joins a list of spectacular finalists such as Foster + Partners like, Zaha Hadid Architects, Herzog & de Meuron, OMA, Buro Ole Scheeren, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, Rafael Viñoly Architects, BIG, Grimshaw Architects, Heatherwick Studio and Carlos Ott.
A truly remarkable achievement is reaching the peaks that only 2 architecture firms in Romania had the opportunity to explore.
