The Baile Figa - SPA touristic expansion project is one of the six investments to be made in Bistrita-Nasaud with money from the Ministry of Tourism if the Multi-Annual Tourism Development Program (Master Plan for Tourism Investments) will be approved.
This year, Aquatica Experience's Conference, organised in partnership with Therme Bucharest and supported by the Ministry of Tourism, was about "The value of investing in leisure". NOVELTY AE, as partner, highlighted the "rules" that ensure success, the challenges encountered in the design process and the opportunities that leisure industry offers.

The "Legacy" project, which was selected finalist at the prestigious competition World Architecture Festival in Singapore, will be presented at the Engineering and Construction Contracting CONTRACTOR Conference by Alexander Palcau, 26 October 2015 at the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest.

SKYLINE, submitted in the category Education, Future Projects section (http://noveltyae.ro/en/proiecte/skyline)
and in the category Health Projects, Future Projects section, we enrolled LEGACY (http://noveltyae.ro/en/proiecte/legacy).
The judging process was ensured by an impressive team of experts, such as Sir Peter Cook - Director of CRAB Studio or Sou Fujimoto - Principal Director of Sou Fujimoto Architects, who considered that both our projects are worthy of World Festival of Architecture final. Thus, our architecture office joins a list of spectacular finalists such as Foster + Partners like, Zaha Hadid Architects, OMA, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, BIG, Grimshaw Architects, Heatherwick Studio and Carlos Ott.
